This training is designed to help participants better understand the conditions of forced labor and how on-site service providers—such as janitorial, security, and cafeteria services—can detect, remediate, and prevent forced labor within their supply chains.

Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and practical tools to implement Responsible Labor Recruitment Due Diligence (RLRDD), utilizing a customized toolkit aligned with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Understand the core processes involved in RLRDD
  • Gain firsthand experience in applying the toolkit to ensure these processes are implemented effectively across recruitment and labor agencies in both sending and receiving countries

Participants will have access to the tool required for the case studies, with step-by-step guidance provided by the facilitator throughout the course.
