Tu Rinsche works on global external stakeholder engagement and collaboration, including developing and executing Disney’s strategy around supply chain investment programs related to labor issues in the licensing and sourcing of Disney-branded consumer products. She is part of a 130-person team that seeks to foster safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces wherever Disney-branded products are made. Previously, Rinsche worked in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the U.S. Department of State focusing on policies and programs that promote human and worker rights, corporate social responsibility, and multistakeholder dialogue and served as the department’s expert on cocoa and child labor issues, working collaboratively with foreign governments, companies, and civil society to address exploitative conditions in the cocoa sector. Rinsche also served in the Peace Corps as a public health volunteer in Mauritania.
