This session is designed for Smelter Engagement Team (SET) Members and will focus on strengthening understanding of the SET Process, including key aspects of both SET Onboarding and SET Retain. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss practical cases and address questions related to member engagement, communication, and coordination across minerals and regions.
