Identifying and remediating conditions that contribute to forced labor is no longer just a moral obligation for international businesses. Emerging policies and new regulatory requirements, which include import bans, disclosure and due diligence requirements, as well as pressure from investors and other stakeholders have created significant drivers for industry to act to eradicate these practices and be transparent in their efforts. This session will explore the expanding landscape for these drivers.
