The San Jose, Convention Center is located in the Downtown core of San Jose, California.
The convention center has its own parking garage and is connected to two hotels — Hilton San Jose and the San Jose Marriott (Recommended). The convention center is also walking distance to 5 additional hotels, multiple visual and performing arts facilities and an abundance of restaurants.
The Center and its surroundings are connected by public transportation including Light Rail, Caltrain and free Downtown shuttle

From San Francisco International Airport SFO :
By Car:
- Exit the airport: Follow signs for US-101 S toward San Jose.
- Merge onto US-101 S: Stay on US-101 S for approximately 33 miles.
- Take exit 388A for Guadalupe Parkway: Merge onto CA-87 S/Guadalupe Pkwy toward Downtown San Jose.
- Take exit 6A for Park Avenue: Turn left onto Park Avenue.
- Turn right onto Almaden Boulevard: The San Jose Convention Center will be on your right at 150 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95113.
By Public Transit:
- Take the BART from SFO: Board the BART Yellow Line towards Antioch and transfer at Millbrae Station.
- Transfer to Caltrain: At Millbrae Station, board the Caltrain heading towards San Jose Diridon Station.
- Arrive at San Jose Diridon Station: From there, you can either take a short taxi/ride-share or use the VTA Light Rail.
- VTA Light Rail: Board the VTA Light Rail at the Diridon Station, heading towards Winchester, and get off at the Convention Center Station.
By Shuttle:
- SuperShuttle or Airport Shuttle Services: Book a shuttle service in advance, which will take you directly from SFO to the San Jose Convention Center.
