Agendas: RBA Annual Conference 2026

Join us November 17-19, 2026 in San Jose, California for a world-class annual conference and experience for attendees, including members of the RBA and its Initiatives as well as non-member companies and representatives from industry, government, intergovernmental organizations, civil society and other key stakeholders.

The theme of this year’s annual conference is “Responsible is Resilient.” Companies today are experiencing unprecedented supply chain challenges, including economic, geopolitical, trade, and regulatory uncertainty, along with rising expectations from stakeholders. Yet in the face of such challenges, companies must not shrink from improving social and environmental conditions in their supply chains. Responsible business conduct and supply chain resiliency are not competing issues; they are interlinked and interdependent. Join us for insightful discussions as high-level speakers and expert panelists address the importance of, and synergy between, responsible actions and resilience.

As we have in recent years, we've combined the RBA and Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) annual conferences to create one comprehensive event that will feature plenary and breakout sessions on labor, environmental, and mineral issues critical to the entire value chain and your efforts to have a positive impact.

For 2026, we’ve also added an Environmental Summit to Day 2 of the conference, which will focus on some of the most pressing environmental issues companies are facing, including decarbonization, circularity and waste minimization, chemical management, and environmental regulations, and the best practices, programs and tools companies can use to achieve their objectives.
