Register here for access to the Responsible Business Academy’s (RBA) Learning Academy at the request of a member customer or as part of one of RBA’s initiatives.

Most courses are available in English and Chinese and other courses are available in some additional languages so please indicate your language preferences when you register. The Learning Academy Course Descriptions document (see Documents) shows what languages are currently available for which courses. (Please note that visibility to the resources depends on your particular program or initiative). As well, the Academy interface language can be customized so please indicate your preferred language for that during your registration. We will accommodate your language preferences where possible. Learners can also customize their interface language themselves by editing their Profile (see Learner FAQ under Documents).

Full payment is required upon registration. You will not be assigned to the learning program nor receive your log in credentials until payment has been received in full.

After registration and payment, you will receive a welcome email from the RBA staff with your log in credentials. Please look for an email from Training@responsiblebusiness.org within 2 business days of registering (if payment has been made). If you do not receive this email within 2 business days please email Training@responsiblebusiness.org.
