RBA Annual Conference Policy Meetings

RBA’s 2025 Annual Conference will not only provide a key opportunity to hear form leading policy-makers on stage during sessions, but also to meet those policy-makers for interactive dialogue in trusted settings. As such, the RBA is pleased to offer closed-door side meetings in the form of targeted dialogues and presentations between member companies and specific policy-makers. Each meeting will revolve around a single policy-making (or jurisdiction), and a group of interested member companies. These meetings are an opportunity for the policy-makers to share wider information on policy efforts, beyond the information shared on-stage during their panels, as well as a chance for companies to share their views and engage in two-way interaction with these policy-makers.

To facilitate preparations, we ask interested member companies to affirmatively register for each meeting in which they wish to participate by completing this form before November 7, 2025.
