The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and the Responsible Labor Initiative (RLI) are hosting a series of Responsible Recruitment trainings in key sourcing regions this October and November.

This two-day in-person training is intended for members and their suppliers and will be focused on the implementation of forced labor due diligence, incorporating the latest RBA/RLI guidance and tools, including the recently updated Responsible Recruitment Due Diligence Toolkit. The course and toolkit, which is aligned with the Organization of Cooperation and Development (OECD) guidelines, builds supplier capacity to detect, remediate, and prevent forced labor in their recruitment and employment practices.

By the end of the course, participants will understand the core processes related to responsible recruitment due diligence and gain first-hand knowledge on how to use the toolkit to ensure that these core processes are carried out end-to-end with their recruitment/labor agencies in both sending and receiving countries.

*There is limited capacity and attendance will be capped, please register as soon as possible to reserve your seat.

**This training is designed for employers rather than recruitment agencies. If you are recruitment agency, please note that the case studies and some of the training materials and information used may not be relevant to you. Plans are being made to provide content and training opportunities geared specifically toward recruitment agencies in 2024.
