This Standard applies to all fees, including fees associated with the recruitment, hiring, employment, and repatriation of current and in-scope departed workers

2. Provide real life case studies to help participants improve their fee investigation skills, apply the RBA standard and tools effectively, and develop a comprehensive reimbursement plan.

1. Introduction of the Standard;
2. Overview of a credible fee investigation process;
3. Two comprehensive case studies to demonstrate credible investigations to identify and determine fees paid by workers using the RBA Fee Calculator; and
4. Developing a reimbursement plan.
