Introduction

This training will equip suppliers to RGA members with knowledge and practical tools to conduct responsible recruitment due diligence (RRDD) through the utilization of a customized toolkit based on Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines. By the end of the course, participants will have an understanding of the core processes related to RRDD and firsthand knowledge on how to use the toolkit to ensure that these core processes are carried out end-to-end with their recruitment/labor agencies in both sending and receiving countries.

The practical training will include access to the toolkit directly while being guided by the trainer.

Target Participants

This is a special training open only to suppliers to RGA Members and is provided at no cost to participants. Participation is by invitation via your customer(s) only and is only limited to 2 representatives per company. A company may register a third person to be on a waiting-list.

Pre-requisites to attend this training:

Participants must have either attended Introduction to Forced Labor (Course 101) or SVAP or VAP course. If not, at the minimum, participants must have general understanding and knowledge of forced labor and forced labor risks in the recruitment of migrant workers.

Access to Laptop
As there will be practical exercises on how to use the toolkit (that will be provided during the training), we therefore ask that participants bring along a laptop so that you may practice and follow the instructor during the training.

We look forward to welcoming and meeting you at the training!
