• RSCI terminology
• Introduction to RSCI Assessment Program and RSCI Assessment

Module 2 – RSCI Assessment Program - Practice:

• End-to-end assessment process simulation
• Reporting, rating, RSCI Assessment Label

Module 3 – Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Process:

• Receiving and reviewing a CAP
• Approving/rejecting a CAP
• Follow-up process

Module 4 – Exam (only for auditors)
