Co-organized by the National Economic Council of Indonesia (Dewan Ekonomi Nasional, DEN) and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)

DEN and RBA, together with RBA’s relevant initiatives, are co-organizing a closed-door technical dialogue bringing together Indonesian government representatives, RBA member companies, and other invited participants.

The dialogue will explore how responsible business conduct, human rights and labor due diligence, responsible sourcing, environmental risk management, and decarbonization can support Indonesia’s responsible downstreaming agenda, investment competitiveness, and global market confidence.

The discussion will cover:

  • Indonesia’s responsible downstreaming and market-access priorities;
  • emerging global due-diligence and responsible-business expectations;
  • industry experience, implementation challenges, and practical tools;
  • a nickel supply-chain case study; and
  • opportunities for further government-industry engagement.

The dialogue is intended as an introductory technical exchange to build connections, strengthen mutual understanding, and identify areas for deeper follow-up engagement.

Participation is by invitation and advance registration.

All registrations are subject to confirmation by the organizers. Confirmed participants will receive venue details or virtual joining instructions separately.
