The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Advisory Services is facilitating and hosting the 1-day in-person training on preventive measures to combat forced labor.  The course is funded by four (4) member companies.

This one-day in-person training is intended for members and their suppliers and will be focused on the implementation of forced labor due diligence, incorporating the latest RBA/RLI guidance and tools, including the recently updated Responsible Recruitment Due Diligence Toolkit. The course and toolkit, which is aligned with the Organisation for Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines, builds supplier capacity to detect, remediate, and prevent forced labor in their recruitment and employment practices.

By the end of the course, participants will understand the core processes related to responsible recruitment due diligence and gain firsthand knowledge on how to use the toolkit to ensure that these core processes are carried out end-to-end with their recruitment/labor agencies in sending and receiving countries.
